Simply put...I love to bake! But what I love even more is the sheer joy and happiness people experience when they have one of my cupcakes or cakes.
In 2009, like many others, I was a casualty of corporate downsizing and a bad economy. This was a blessing in disguise as it catapulted me into following my true passion, and thus, A Cupcake To Remember was born.
Fast forward to 2011, not only am I baking the most delicious and creative cupcakes ever, but I'm also attending the French Culinary Institute in NYC to enhance my skills in the Cake Techniques and Design class created by Ron Ben Israel himself.
My goal? To create a delicious and unique product that will exceed your expectations.
